Committing to a coach is the first step in becoming your greatest self. What the world needs right now is more people becoming their greatest selves. In hiring me as your coach, here’s what you can expect: 1. When you register, you’ll be sent a comprehensive and confidential questionnaire to get us started. This will take some time to fill out, but be sure to give it whatever time and attention it needs. You’ll begin a deep dive into your history and habits, as well as your future goals, and I will be able to assess your situation and customize my coaching for you. 2. Once your questionnaire is complete, you will receive very informative, entertaining, and eye-opening videos about the nature of programming, which will prepare you for our first session. During this time, I will carefully review your questionnaire and prepare for our first session together. 3. For Session #1, you’ll choose a 60-90 min time slot that works for your schedule. You’ll be introduced to your specific Self-Sabotage type and given customized tools to begin to re-program your mind for success in the areas that matter most to you. 4. Session #2 will take place a week later, after you’ve had some time to begin incorporating some new habits to move you towards new levels of success. During this session, I’ll delve into detailed coaching around your questionnaire, and provide you with a specially selected tool for reprogramming yourself over the coming months. 5. The tools I’ll be using will include access to a hypnotherapy library and an exercise library geared to whatever level of fitness you’re at, and whether you prefer working out at home or at a gym. If you want ongoing support after your core sessions, we can then customize a package based on your needs. Together, we will get you on track to being your best self by identifying your unique strengths and stops, and building the 5 pillars of financial, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength. It’s time to raise the bar.
